Fine Print/Policies

A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment spot, ($50 cancellation charge, non-refundable) This deposit will be put toward your session fee on the day of your photo shoot.

Allow 2 hours for child sessions. For indoor sessions, I ask that  only one parent come,  unless both are to be photographed. Please do not bring personal assistants, grandparents, nannies, or friends, and only siblings who are to be photographed. With limited indoor space, the distractions will take from the success of the portrait session. I like to focus all my attention on your child so I ask that you honor this policy.

On portrait day, you will be expected to pay the remainder of the session fee. This payment must be made before the session begins.

I reserve the right to use photos for display, publication, or other purposes. They remain the property of LYL Photography  and Lorene Lassitter. All Photos and original proofs on this site © of LYL Photography LLC unless otherwise stated.

You receive one in-person viewing/ordering session. There is an additional $100 fee for an additional viewing/ordering session.  50% of balance is due at the time of portrait order session. Balance is due at time of portrait pick up.

I am willing to travel to more distant shoot locations. Client is responsible for photographer’s mileage and hotel/travel expenses.

The client is responsible for all travel session expenses, such as but not limited to airfare, cabfare, car rental, and hotel.
